How He Helps Others in His Community: Will is such a great guy! In between taking care of his disabled sister and his 13-year-old adopted brother (whom he refers to as his only son) he is an active member of the Parent Teacher Committee at his son’s school as well as The Palm Street Block Association. Each year he uses his influence with friends, family, politicians and the people in his community to organize events to help improve the quality of life for the youth and citizens of Newark. Some of these events include outdoor talent showcases and community cookouts and they foster closeness and love in the community. The talent showcases also cater to the youth’s need to express themselves through art.
