Legendary blues singer B.B. King was rushed to a Las Vegas hospital over the weekend, but relatives say that he is doing “much better,” according to The Los Angeles Times.
King, 89, suffered from dehydration stemming from his Type 2 diabetes. The star canceled a series of performances in 2014 due to health complications as a result of the illness.
King was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes more than 20 years ago.
The King of Blues was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1987.
Wishing you a speedy recovery Mr. King.
