UCLA’s football staff has collectively decided not to press charges against P. Diddy.
Apparently, the coaches are regretful that the situation got out of hand, and do not wish to make the incident a courtroom spectacle, largely because it would be bad for the team.
TMZ reports that after the incident, the coaches decided to just let it go and believe an intern called UCLA police who asked to see a video of the incident.
According to the outlet, head coach Jim Mora does not want criminal prosecution.
The case will now be handed over to the Los Angeles County district attorney for felony review next week. Even without the victims, the district attorney could prosecute.
