Tamron Hall May Replace Cosby on Temple Board

Last year, famed comedian and actor Bill Cosby resigned from Temple University’s board amid allegations of sexual assault.

Now, university trustees are expected to vote next week on naming NBC correspondent Tamron Hall to fill his seat, according to Associated Press.

Board chairman Patrick O’Connor said the 1992 Temple grad has the support she needs for approval. Trustees are to vote Tuesday.

He called Hall a “vibrant, loyal alum” who will add “a new dimension” to the board of 36 members.

Hall joined NBC in 2007. She currently hosts an hour of the Today show.
