Guess who’s changed his name? Again?

The football player formerly known as Chad Johnson, who changed his name to Chad Ochocinco (because he wears the number 85), has changed his name back to Johnson.

On his website, ocnnreport.com, he announced the name change. He made it official at the Broward County Courthouse in Florida on Monday, reports the South Florida Sun Sentinel.

“The main reason behind the name change was due to his marriage to Evelyn Lozada. The couple preferred Evelyn’s last name to be a real name and not the fun ‘Ochocinco’ character we have come to love,” the ocnnreport post says.

Johnson also talked it up with ESPN.com on Monday, saying “I’m just doing it for the marriage. It has nothing to do with football. Ochocinco is still in me. It’s just my middle name.”

Johnson and Basketball Wives star Lozada got hitched on July 4. We’ll all get to see their nuptials and the lead up to them in a forthcoming reality series, Ev and Ocho, which hits VH-1 in September.

Johnson, who in this next season will play for the Miami Dolphins, says that Johnson will be on the back of his jersey. He signed with the team in June.//
