Rising women’s basketball star Skylar Diggins — the third player chosen in the WNBA draft — has signed with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation Sports, according to Businessweek.com.
Diggins was picked up by the Tulsa Shock in the draft after playing for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish during her college basketball years where she holds the title for all-time scoring leader.
Jay-Z isn’t the only one with eyes on Diggins; Lil Wayne apparently has a huge crush on the basketballer, flirt tweeting with her often by posting things like: “I’m on my @skydigg4 sh!t” and “Saw highlights of @SkyDigg4 last night … thank God for the rewind button on the Direkk TV remote.”
Diggins has somewhat reciprocated Wayne’s advances tweeting, “Def going to see @drakkardnoir in concert Feb 18th in Columbus! I wonder if @LilTunechi is coming hahahaha lemme stop.”
Sorry Wayne, homegirl has way more important things to worry about.
