Obama Addresses Health Care Issue

President Barack Obama on Monday offered “no excuses” — and little explanation — for the computer bugs still frustrating Americans who are trying to enroll online for insurance plans at the center of his health care law. But software developers tasked with building the site said they saw signs a year ago that the debut could fail. One source of the troubles appears to be the testing procedures employed before the rollout three weeks ago. Rihanna Booted from Mosque

The good girl gone bad makes some trouble after she disobeys tourist guidelines and does her photo shoot in a restricted area at Abu Dhabi’s Grand Mosque. According to the Associated Press, the mosque issued statements on Monday saying Rihanna’s photo session was in violation of the “status and sanctity of the mosque.” Overseers of the mosque asked the pop star to leave the compound after photos showed the singer posing on white marble, dressed fully in black with her hair covered, according to the mosque’s guidelines.

Reggie Wayne Out for the Season
