An HIV-positive man suspected of raping three young children has been indicted by a central Ohio grand jury. 27-year-old Keith Anthony Allen of Columbus, Ohio is facing 19 counts for his actions. He is accused of raping two 12-year-old girls and a 14-year-old girl since Sept. 1.
In addition to the rape charges, Allen also faces charges of gross sexual imposition. Another felonious assault charge alleges that Allen knowingly had sex with a woman and did not disclose his HIV status.
According to court documents, Allen was arrested on Mar. 25. He will be arraigned on Monday. He faces up to life in prison if convicted of having sex with a child under the age of 13.
What a shame.
