On Monday, the coffee giant announced it’s partnering with Arizona State University to offer its baristas a free undergraduate education.
According to the New York Times, the program is open to the company’s 135,000 employees who work at least 20 hours a week. Better yet, workers aren’t required to remain at Starbucks after earning their degree.
