Fight! Mitt Romney V. Evander Holyfield

For charity! They’re fighting for charity. Former boxer Evander Holyfield will get the chance to do to former presidential candidate Mitt Romney what countless numbers of his critics and opponents have only dreamed — punch him in the face.

The fundraising fight will take place May 15 in Salt Lake City. Romney, 68, was realistic about his chances of landing any kind of blow on the former heavyweight champion.

“It will either be a very short fight, or I will be knocked unconscious,” Romney told the Salt Lake City Tribune. “It won’t be much of a fight. We’ll both suit up and get in the ring and spar around a little bit.”

The duo will be fighting for Charity Vision, a group that helps the blind.

Understanding what the people really want to see (and do to him) Romney said, “We just thought it would be a lot better to provide this kind of entertainment rather than just have dinner and listen to speakers.”
