In light of the shooting death of Michael Brown, Ferguson, Missouri officers have begun wearing body cameras, which record audio and video.
Donated by two private companies, Safety Visions and Digital Ally, the cops debuted their new devices over the weekend during a protest for Brown.
Ferguson Police Chief Tom Jackson told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that the policemen “are really enjoying using them.”
“They are trying to get used to using them,” he continued. “The quality is good.”
About 50 cameras were handed out to Ferguson law enforcers, and other police departments in Missouri plan to sport the new equipment as well.
