Due to the efforts of the Northeast Ohio Media Group, the public now has access to extended video of the police shooting that left 12-year-old Tamir Rice dead, and at the 1:24 mark, you see officers tackle and then hold down the young boy’s sister as she seemingly rushed to his aid.
“This has to be the cruelest thing I’ve ever seen,” Akron-based attorney Walter Madison, who represents Rice’s family, said of the footage.
