Charles Ramsey became a YouTube sensation almost overnight for his rescue of Amanda Berry and two other Cleveland women who had been held captive for 10 years. From t-shirts to burgers, people have found every way to honor the American hero.
Cleveland tattoo artist Rodney Rose of 252 Tattoo posted an offer on Facebook to do a free tattoo of Ramsey. His coworker and fellow artist Stephen MunHollon decided to take the deal.
A black and white portrait of Ramsey now adorns MunHollon’s back calf as a permanent reminder of his courageousness.
“Four Cleveland police just stopped me at a gas station to take a picture of my leg,” posted MunHollon about his new tattoo.
