Chance the Rapper is hiring an intern, seriously, this is not a drill, you better make sure your spelling and grammar are on point because it’s going to get insanely competitive!
The Chicago native has been living his absolute best life lately, snagging three Grammy awards, donating $1 million dollars to Chicago Public Schools and buying out movie theaters so that everybody in the Black community might have the opportunity to see Jordan Peele’s riveting racial masterpiece, Get Out.
Now, it looks like Chance is ready to stretch his hands and give someone else the opportunity to learn from his immense success. The other day, the 23-year old got on Twitter to announce that he was looking to hire some help. He tweeted, “I’m looking for an intern, someone with experience in putting together decks and writing proposals. I want intern resumes formatted as creative decks, pitches or proposals sent to [email protected].”

Though the position doesn’t have an official title yet, Chance wanted to make sure that those interested knew he was looking for more of a full-time role than a traditional internship. He also encourages those who were seeking to apply to take their time with their applications. There is no deadline set as of yet, so it appears that Chance is really invested in finding the right person over finding someone to fill the role as quickly as possible.

The Coloring Book rapper has personal and working relationships with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, and since he is also committed to making some profound changes in his hometown of Chicago, this could be a significant opportunity for the person who does snag the role.
Will you be applying? When an opportunity this amazing comes around, we suggest you don’t sleep on it!
