Miley Cyrus, a leader of the culture vulture tribe and native of Appropiationville, has seemingly never heard of the above.
She has made major coin off of Black folks and not in the way we’d prefer. Not from investing in our product, music, businesses and the like, but by creating a caricature of our culture–a harmful imitation of our vibe and flaunting it as her own. However, after years of the “twerking” and unfortunate collabs, the singer is apparently through with the Hip Hop genre. Although sharing her praises of Kendrick’s “Humble,” the artist has no use for her past life.

But white privilege reigns supreme in this moment, scurrying to victimhood when your “jezebel” image no longer suits you. After marking your trifilin’ spectacle as no longer befitting, you retreated to what you know best. Bored much? Probably, and now you can toss those days aside after stacking all that coint. But you ain’t low beloved, we peep. You, my dear, are no different than the “rope trick,” “hair tattoos” and all the other facades of Black culture.
