Usher will reportedly not settle with the people who are suing him for allegedly exposing them to the herpes virus, according the TMZ.

The media outlet is reporting that no talks of settlements have taken place, and that the “Trading Places” singer isn’t interested in any discussion about them either.

So far, four people (three women and a man) are suing Usher for allegedly not disclosing he had the incurable disease before engaging in sexual contact.

Last week, a hotel employee of the Days Inn in Atlantic City where he performed in 2014 came forward and said she saw him with Quantasia Sharpton, one of his accusers.

Usher has yet to comment the allegations.

Story developing.
