Congratulations to Darren Walker, today named the 10th president of the Ford Foundation. Walker, a Texas native, led a stellar career in finance and law before he became a leader in the nonprofit sector. The Ford Foundation, one of the largest global private philanthropies has $11 billion in assets and over $500 million in annual giving, according to a statement from the organization.
