When JAY-Z and Beyoncé are your parents, you’re pretty much set for life, and the new home where the family will live reportedly cost $400,000 a month to rent.
According to Teen Vogue, not only did the Carters take their lovely bundles of joy home safe, sound and healthy, but also to Sunny California for the time being.
The residence is said to be a stunning five-bedroom, eight-bath home called La Villa Contenta, which was listed for sale for $25 million.
The gated 12,045-square-foot residence sits on 1.62 acres of land. It features a main home with a wine cellar, gym and movie theater—oh, and a large guest house.
Of course, nice views come with a place as luxe as this. The Carters’ new residence is said to have large terraces with ocean views, tennis courts, a wading pool for 5-year-old Blue to enjoy and a large guesthouse.
Although the legendary couple has opted to rent a home for now, it appears they may be on the hunt for a more permanent dwelling. They recently toured the former mansion of Aaron Spelling that was purchased by British Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone, who purchased the 57,000-square-foot homefor $85 millionin 2011 .
As for the twins, no word on their names just yet, but fans of the #Beyhive are anxiously waiting.
