“Trash the dress” photo shoots are gaining momentum as a popular trend in wedding photography. More brides are scheduling the photo ops, which involves posing for pictures while destroying their dresses. The idea is supposed to be symbolic for the lasting commitment of the marriage and makes the statement that the bride won’t need this dress again. This is a trend I’m not so sure that I’m feeling.
