Ceanitria and Willis are civilian contractors for Weatherford Group and CGI Federal, respectively. The sweethearts met as freshmen in high school and dated off and on over the years. While Ceanitria was in Afghanistan for work, Willis proposed from the US via Skype. Although he left for Kuwait the morning following their stateside ceremony, the duo appreciates the “sacrifice, compromise and support” they both share.

He would walk three miles to see her on the weekends when we were in high school. Warm weather or cold weather, he had to see her.

She knew she was in love when…

Taking trips to Ceanitria’s hometown didn’t matter anymore. She used to love going to Anniston to visit  family until Willis came in the picture. She wanted to spend majority of her time with him.

In 10 years we will…

Have three little boys (Ceanitria is hoping to have a little girl in the mix). We also hope to be established stateside by then considering we both currently contract overseas.

That her husband would turn into a sweetheart after saying “I DO.” She would have tried to speed up the process years ago. She is literally his queen!

Our favorite activity to do together is…

Traveling. Willis also enjoys working out together. “I must admit I need to do better,” says Ceanitria. “It’s just hard since I’m lazy and I’m also allergic to working out.”

Our nicknames for each other are…

“Woman” for Ceanitria and “Baby” for Willis, when in public. They both have a habit of calling each other “big head.” “I promise his head is bigger than mine,” Ceanitria insists. “Let’s take a poll please!”

Our favorite place to spend time together is…

Cuddle up in bed or on the couch watching the movie 300 a thousand times.
