Why I want to be a JET Beauty: Well, who wouldn’t want to be a JET Beauty?! JET has played such a vital role in the reporting and portrayal of African-American history and I have always admired JET‘s dedication to providing positive examples of excellence within our community. JET Beauties provide African-American girls of all walks of life with positive, empowering and relatable examples of excellence and beauty. I believe that my black is beautiful and we can do ANYTHING. The stars are the limit!
