Actress. Wife. MoM. Entrepreneur. Those are just a few of the names we’ve used when referring to Nicole Ari Parker. The New York University alum made her entrée into the realm of Hollywood’s hottest with her role on the hit Showtime drama Soul Food.
More than a decade later, Parker is serving up despair with a side of comedic relief on Broadway, starring as Blanche in a predominantly Black revival of A Streetcar Named Desire (playing this summer).
