What Makes You the Hottest Single?
I’m the hottest single because I’ve really taken this time to grow as an individual, as a woman, and go deeper into who Tamesha is. It gave me the opportunity to devote energy into other areas of my life, like finding my purpose, discovering my passion, and ultimately, taking a leap of faith and moving to New York City, which was always a dream of mine. I’m not one of those women you meet from time to time who’s opposed to love. I’m not bitter. I’m not angry. I’m not jaded. If anything I’m pretty optimistic and open to the possibility of it all, but learning to be patient. I feel so sure of who I am right now, and know what I want out of my life, especially in the relationship area. So for me, it’s important not to settle for just anything or anybody, especially when you know you don’t have to. I feel like I’m a great woman who has a lot to offer, so until I meet the guy who will one day be everything I’m looking for, as well as my future husband, I’m okay with being the uberly fabulous single woman that I am!
What is the Most Outrageous Pick-up Line You’ve Ever Heard?
I don’t know if it was outrageous, but it was definitely a played out line! I was in New York, and I was leaving an informational session at NYU, and a guy came up to me and simply asked, “Don’t I know you, right? You look very familiar, I feel like we’ve met before. God only allows me to meet women as beautiful as you are.” It was cute. After talking to him for 5 minutes and smelling the profusely strong scent of too many Cabernets on his breath, I had to go. Plus he was crazy! Needless to say, I walked a little faster to my train.
What Physical Feature Are You Most Complimented On?
I always get complimented on my lips. Guys always seem to be drawn to the fullness of my lips. I keep them moisturized, so I make sure they’re the main attraction. I also love to wear rouge lips, so it adds some flair. I’m kind of addicted to Carmex too. I’ve been a chapstick addict since kindergarten. Ask any of my friends!
What Aspect of Your Personality Gets the Most Kudos?
I think the biggest aspect of my personality that most people love is that I’m genuine person, and I have a great energy about myself that’s infectious and attracts people to me. I love smiling and laughing, and most people think I’m hilarious, so when you’re around me, you’re always going to have a good time! I’m always encouraging others, and love people around me being happy, so just being that person people love to be around makes me feel good.
Share One of Your Biggest Secrets to Staying Sexy:
My secret to staying sexy is feeling good in your own skin. Sexy is an adjective in my book for being comfortable and self-assured in who you are, both internally and externally. For me, that’s emitted in my style, and my love for beauty and fashion. I’m a firm believer that if you look good, you feel good. Sounds cliche, but it’s so true! Finding my style and what worked for me gave me so much confidence. I’m not one to show too much, I just let my style speak for itself. Guys find it sexy because it’s different, yet complements by femininity. I love investing time and money into beauty products, especially for my skin. I also believe in eating right, and have dabbled int gluten-free and vegetarian eating habits from time to time. I also drink a lot of water and omit sodas. Just being conscious of what you put into your body is key. Trust me, I used to be heavy growing up, so what you eat and put into your body is so important to me now.
