Blue Ivy Carter clearly inherited her parents’ star power because she absolutely slayed at her dance recital.
5-year Blue Ivy Carter has more rhythm than we could ever hope to have. As she’s awaiting the birth of her younger siblings, the kindergartener was giving her best ballet moves this past Saturday, while whirling about to a Kids Bop version of Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September.” With her long gorgeous braids flowing down her back, Blue Ivy was giving all of the stage presence that her mother Beyoncé shows during her stellar performances.
With her white tutu, pink leotard, tights and ballet slippers, Blue was right at home. As Kid Fury from the podcast The Read always says, it’s obvious that Blue Ivy is the one who is getting Bey’s dancers in formation when it’s time for her to tour. Still, her exuberant and amazing performance at her ballet recital isn’t the first time Blue has taken center stage.
Back in February at the Grammys, Ms. Blue crashed host James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke segment to sing along to Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline”. She told us back then that she was better than all of us and quite frankly we should have believed her. Check out her amazing performance for yourself below.
We wonder if Blue will be the only Carter kid with a knack for dancing. We suppose we will find out soon enough. After their recent Push Party, we can only assume that the Carter twins will make their grand appearance in the command weeks.
