The guest list for FOX’s Empire is heating up. Tyrese will now be joining the show.
Creator Lee Daniels headed to Instagram to make the announcement. Apparently, a gang of fans had been requesting the R&B crooner for the show, because Daniels captioned a photo of the two with “Yes! Stop asking!!! #tyrese is coming on #empireseason2.”
The Precious filmmaker also took the opportunity to clear up rumors about whether or not he was returning to the popular series. He isn’t leaving. He’s just making room in his schedule, so he can direct the Richard Pryor biopic.
With the news of the Kelly Rowland addition and Black Ty, the anticipation for season two is definitely heating up!
