So far, the casting directors have nailed it. While most are unfamiliar with Demetrius Shipp Jr., the actor who will portray the “Hail Mary” lyricist, folks certainly will recognize the one playing B.I.G.
It’s Jamal Woolard, the star of 2009’s Notorious. He will be reprising his role of the hip-hop great.
