When Robert (Darrin Dewitt Henson) got fired from his job, he thought his day couldn’t get any worse. He realized he was wrong when he came home to find his gold-digging girlfriend packing up her things to leave him. At one of his lowest points, a new love, Morgan (Gabrielle Dennis), enters his life. But his bad luck returns, when Morgan’s ex-husband (Lamman Rucker) and his ex-girlfriend (Erica Hubbard) both attempt to woo each of them back. Check out this romantic comedy, available on DVD now.
RUNNER RUNNER
When Princeton student Richie Furst, gets cheated out of his tuition money during an online poker game, he takes a trip to a remote island, where the site is based, to find out exactly who is responsible for his loss. Once confronted by Furst, the site’s owner attempts to turn the undergraduate into his protege. But unbeknownst to him, the FBI is hot on his trail. Co-starring Justin Timberlake, Ben Affleck and Anthony Mackie and Dayo Okeniyi, this crime-thriller movie, available on DVD now, is worth a watch.
GRUDGE MATCH
Have you seen this hilarity, yet? No? Shame on you! Head to the theaters to see Kevin Hart‘s latest comedy before his new movie, Ride Along, with Ice Cube hits theaters next week. In Grudge Match, the funny man plays Dante Slate Jr., a promoter who persuades two rival boxers to jump back in the ring after 30 years of retirement. With old wounds resurfaced and old age hindering, the veterans attempt to duke it out one last time.
