After much buzz and the replacement of Willow Smith in favor of Quvenzhané Wallis for the starring role, Entertainment Tonight shares the first look into the upcoming Annie remake.
The trailer is nothing short of exciting as we grab a quick glimpse into the dynamics between Academy Award nominee Wallis and co-stars Jamie Foxx (Benjamin Stacks aka Daddy Warbucks) and Cameron Diaz (Miss Hannigan).
Along with an all-star cast comes an array of high-level supporters. Will Smith is reportedly still onboard as a producer as well as Jay Z who’s heading the soundtrack’s production. The film is slated to hit theaters Christmas Day 2014.
