Mike Epps is known for bringing the laughs, but there is nothing funny about the arrest warrant Atlanta police issued for him over an alleged assault.
Reports say the comedian-actor has been accused of attacking a local comedian at Uptown Comedy Corner for making jokes about him during a stand-up routine. The victim was allegedly approached by three men, including Epps, and asked to step outside to “talk.”
That’s when the alleged beat down occurred. The suspects reportedly threw several jabs at the victim, tossed his cell phone and smashed his prescription glasses.
The injured man was treated at Grady Memorial Hospital for bruises and lacerations.
Now, Epps is a wanted man.
Just this past April, the Next Friday actor was accused of assaulting a woman at a party and he recently had some beef with fellow comedian Kevin Hart.
