Michael B. Jordan will be gracing our screens again sooner than later. Well…we have to wait a little bit, BUT, he’s coming in 2015. 🙂
The Fruitvale Station star has been training and prepping for the upcoming film, Creed, a spin-off from the cult classic Rocky movies made popular by Sylvester Stallone. To confirm that the process is nearing its end, Rocky Balboa (Stallone) released a first look image on his Instagram.
Yesss!
Jordan stars as Adonis Creed, the son of Apollo, who seeks to live up to his father’s legacy. Stallone returns in character, which marks his seventh feature film as Rocky.
Ryan Coogler takes the lead as director of the film, which follows his successful debut of Fruitvale Station.
An official date has yet to be released, but Michael B. may be dropping a few hints with this post:
