Lil Wayne might have had the worst week ever. Six days ago, the YMCMB rapper was admitted to the hospital for a suspected codeine overdose, and still remains in the intensive care unit. Wayne was hospitalized Tuesday night after suffering multiple seizures. He was released the next day but readmitted after his bodyguards found him unconscious several hours later.
TMZ initially reported that he was on his deathbed and reportedly had his stomach pumped three times to remove the drugs from his system. Weezy’s family and friends have denied the report. However, Young Money president Mack Maine has confirmed that Wayne had suffered from another seizure. On Wednesday the rapper tweeted, “I’m good everybody. Thx for the prayers and love,” to clarify the speculation.
As he recovers, the rapper has gotten a few hospital visits from celebs including, Drake, Usher, Birdman and Nicki Minaj, who spent her Saturday night visiting her Young Money boss at Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA.
