Katt Williams is known for bringing the funny, but he wasn’t laughing when he allegedly whipped out a gun on a man in West Hollywood Tuesday night.
During the comedian’s set at the Comedy Store, one heckler interrupted his routine with comments about his race and height, reported TMZ.
When Williams confronted the man and began threatening him with a gun, police were called to the scene.
By the time officers arrived, Williams had already fled.
This isn’t the first time the funny man has come face to face with a taunter nor is it his first run-in with the law. The comic has had a string of legal issues throughout most of his career.
Williams has not commented on his latest drama.
