While he may not have had a hit song in nearly a decade, Sean “Diddy” Combs is still breaking the bank and tops this year’s list of the five “Hip-Hop’s Wealthiest Artists,” according to Forbes. Diddy, whose non-musical projects such as his deal with Ciroc and AQUAhydrate, helped him rake in an estimated net worth of $580 million.

Jay-Z is a close second with a $475 million net worth thanks to his deals with Roc Nation, Carol’s Daughter, the Brooklyn Nets, Live Nation, and of course, Rocawear. Dr. Dre takes the No. 3 spot with $350 million with most of the credit going to his Beats by Dr. Dre headphones; Birdman ranks fourth with $150 million due mostly to his Cash Money/Young Money roster. And 50 Cent rounds out the top five, bringing in $125 million from his investments with Vitamin Water, SMS Audio, and SK Energy drink.
