Atlanta rapper Trinidad James is using his philanthropic efforts to help 147 families in Kenya following a massive attack at Garissa University College.
The terrorist attack, said to be the work of Al-Shabaab in April, took the lives of 147 people while seriously injuring 79 others.
In addition to James calling on a few entertainment friends to join him in a free concert in Kenya earlier this month, the “All Gold Everything” rapper launched a GoFund Me campaign to raise funds for the victims’ families.
The fundraising goal is $147,000, and comes with a list on incentives for contributions.
