Tracks including “Where I’m From” and “Change the World” welcome listeners to the mind of a Black man, he raps.
Additionally, the Atlanta native has been delivering tunes each Sunday since September in preparation for his upcoming album Church In These Streets, which is due Nov. 13. This week, he shared “Sweet Life” featuring Janelle Monae.
DJ Khaled is also gearing up for a new LP. Titled I Changed A Lot, it hits stores Oct. 23.
The next two singles, “You Mine” featuring Future, Jeremih, and Trey Songz and “Gold Slugs” with Fetty Wap, Chris Brown and August Alsina, will be available Monday.
He took to Instagram to announce the news and urged fans to watch his page closely for up-to-the-minute updates.
While the two emcees are getting ready to climb the charts, Janet Jackson’s comeback record Unbreakable is already a certified banger.
It’s her seventh to reach the top spot on the Billboard 200, making her the third act to achieve No. 1 albums in each of the last four decades.
