One year following the release of his debut project, Broad Shoulders, Taylor Bennett, the younger brother of Chance The Rapper, is back with an autobiographical single.
Featuring a group of creatives he found on the Treble app, Bennett curated and penned New York Nights, which details the discovery of a blood clot in his left lung.
“What’s the worst news you can hear from the hospital,” young Bennett asks as he opens the second verse to the smooth track.
The song was recorded and documented in a Brooklyn studio after receiving the life-changing news with hopes to provide inspiration to others battling hardships.
