The producers of Dancing with the Stars just added some funk and soul to their lineup by casting Chaka Khan for the upcoming season.
Announcing the news on Twitter via the official DWTS account, the legend posted a video about the exciting news.
“Hi. I’m Chaka Khan, and I want you to look out for me this season on Dancing with the Stars,” she said in the clip.
The 62-year-old will hit the stage to bust a move and compete against other celebs including Nick Carter, Hayes Grier, Victor Espinoza, Bindi Irwin, and Alexa and Carlos PenaVega.

Check her out when season 21 of the show premieres Sept. 14 at 8 p.m. est on ABC.
