Law enforcement told TMZ that Chris Brown and Drake will not be facing criminal chargers for their alleged nightclub brawl back in June. The bottle throwing fiasco at WIP nightclub left several partygoers injured, including NBA player Tony Parker and Chris Brown himself.
Several surveillance tapes were collected at the club, but the video was deemed useless because it was too dark and blurry. Interviews conducted by the NYPD were inconclusive. Law enforcement says that there isn’t enough evidence to continue on with the case. There will be no further investigation.
