Bossip is getting the Hollywood treatment over on WE tv.
WE tv is ready to heat up our television screens this summer with a 6-episode series, Bossip on WE tv. Filmed at Bossip headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, the show will feature writers and staff from the entertainment website. Viewers will get the inside scoop as the peeps at Bossip dish the latest breaking news, gossip and up to the minute exclusives that will only be available on Bossip on WE tv. It sounds like a better version of TMZ Live to us.
Executive Producer and senior vice president of BHM Digital, Marve Frazier said of the new series,
“After 11 years of brilliantly analyzing and delivering the latest pop culture and celebrity news online, ‘Bossip on WE tv’ will give new life to the brand where our loyal readership and future fans will get to fully experience the Bossip personality each week with even more exclusives, cheeky commentary and laugh out loud headlines.”
Each week, the 30-minute episodes will be divided into multiple segments starting in the newsroom, where the site’s managing editor will lead the discussion as the crew reveals vital details about current news stories and celebrity gossip, and lets loose with caustically funny opinions.
Don’t expect to see just the Bossip staff either, Bossip on WE tv will also have a ton of celebrity guests who will share their insights and secrets behind the headlines.
