It appears that tensions between former Cash Money besties Lil Wayne and Birdman are intensifying. Allegedly, the Cash Money mogul threw a drink on Weezy as he performed at Miami’s Club LIV on Sunday.
According to reports, a drink was thrown on the stage and it supposedly came from Birdman’s section.
A short video of the incident shows Wayne stopping his set as the camera then pans to Birdman who is looking down at the stage.
Word is that Birdman also commissioned his entourage to throw water on Wayne as he performed.
Weezy is currently suing Birdman, claiming that money has been withheld from the last two albums he released under the label. The Young Money entertainer is also vying for his release from Cash Money Records.
From watching the video, we can’t really tell for sure if Birdman actually threw his drink on Weezy. But what we can conclude is that this is all very very petty.
