The Baltimore Ravens weren’t the only ones who won big at the Super Bowl last Sunday. As if Beyonce and Destiny’s Child hadn’t already sold enough albums, their Super Bowl performance led to a huge surge in their record sales.
Beyonce’s solo projects have experienced a 119% (9,000 units) increase in sales since the show and Destiny’s Child increased their sales by 328% (11,000 units).
But wait, there’s more.
Beyonce’s halftime closing song “Halo” has been downloaded 19,000 times, for an increase of 338%.
Despite a bit of criticism about the halftime show, all of Destiny’s Child has definitely benefited from the Super Bowl reunion.
Keyshia Cole say what?
