ASAP Crew Faces Crowd Surfing Lawsuit

When crowd surfing goes wrong, here comes the lawsuit.

Leader of the harlem- based crew, ASAP Rocky is named in a lawsuit for a 2013 concert performance that allegedly left a fan with a fractured vertebrae.

While amping the crowd during a show by crew member Asap Ferg, Young Shabba took the fun up a notch by diving off the stage into a sea of people for a rock-n-roll type crowd-surf. Asap Rocky or Ferg wasn’t apart of the stage dive, but Krystina Clowes, the fan, is holding the team responsible.

According to TMZ, Clowes also stated that the crew has a history of crowd-surfing.

She is seeking $75,000 for the injury and claims that she still hasn’t fully recovered.

With Clowes admitting that the ASAP crew has a history of crowd-surfing, is it fair to hold Asap Rocky or any other member who did not throw themselves into the crowd accountable?
