Netflix knows it’s too hot to stay in the streets, so they JUST dropped some gems for July.
As the city heats up, we could all use a little refuge from the blazing sun. If you ask us, there is no better way to cool off than by lounging around and catching up on some of our favorite films and television series. This month, Netflix is delivering classics such as Titanic (Jack didn’t have to die!), a new fav, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, and a childhood fav with Disney’s The Mighty Ducks.
On July 28, we can finally see The Daily Show alum Jessica Williams in The Incredible Jessica James. A darling at Sundance, the film follows an aspiring playwright in New York City who is desperate to get over a recent breakup with her boyfriend. On July 31, Part A of the fourth season of Being Mary Jane will arrive. It lands on Netflix a week after Part B premieres on BET July 18.
