While Will Smith was the undoubted star of this ’90s series, a major supporting character was the Banks’ low-key butler, Geoffrey, who Will affectionately called “G.” Played by British actor Joseph Marcell, the character delivered the right mix of sarcasm to balance the crazy antics of Master William and the rest of the clan.
