Well, that didn’t take long.
After winning four GRAMMYs Sunday night, including Best New Artist and Best Rap Album, Macklemore apologized to JET’s latest cover star Kendrick Lamar via text.
Macklemore, whose real name is Ben Haggerty, tweeted: “He deserved best rap album… I’m honored and completely blown…”.
No word on if K. Dot has accepted the apology, but we applaud Macklemore for at least reaching out to the Compton rapper. But what are your thoughts on the controversy?
