As always, Cory Booker is under a media microscope. Instead of focusing on the singleton’s sexuality which has been questioned heavily this week, this time it’s about a drug dealer the U.S. Senate-hopeful says he befriended years ago.
T-Bone is a name that has come up in many of the Newark mayor’s public speeches. Booker has told crowds how he met the drug dealer in 1995 when the man threatened his life, according to the National Review Online.
Later on, T-Bone became comfortable around Booker and started confiding in him. Now, the outlet is suggesting he’s just someone the mayor created for attention.
