If you find an affordable eyeliner, you stick by it until a cheaper eyeliner takes your heart. E.l.f. Cosmetics’ Intense Ink eyeliner is one that has our attention. There is only one color of this eyeliner: very black. It’s a felt tip eyeliner with a thick and dramatic applicator. But the tip is still flexible and easy to adjust along the eyelid. The eyeliner does require several applications for a thick bold line which makes it ideal for a build able eye look. The pigment lasts, but you will experience minor transfer if you touch your eyes throughout the day.
