Usain Bolt: Track and Field “Needs Me”

Six-time Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt is the fastest man in the world right now and despite the competition going on in the Rio Games he’s likely to retain that title. But what did the Jamaican sprinter mean when he said track and field “needs me?”

During an interview with BBC sports editor Dan Roan, Bolt talked about competing, fans and running in Rio as opposed to running in Beijing at the World Track and Field Championships last year where he broke the world record in the 100m with 9.69 seconds.
